Change your email account password

Change your email password in the control panel

1. Log in to the Cloud Email Admin Control Panel using your domain email admin user name/password (this is different from email box account user/password)
2. In the navigation pane, click Mailboxes.
3. Click on the General tab at the top of the page.
4. Enter the new password in the Password text box and again in the Confirm Password text box.
5. Click Submit to confirm your password change.

Change your email password within webmail

1. Access your email account by using webmail. and your domain name (for example, webmail.yourdomain.com).
2. Log in by using your user name (for example, [email protected] and password.
3. Click the Settings link in the upper-right corner.
4. Click the Change Password menu in the left-hand side and complete the instructions.
